A comfortable posture harness that provides a natural reminder of the posture. Posture Reminder guides the body to a good posture so that the muscles are activated. Over time, the Posture Reminder for riders can help you; reduce problems with muscle tension, activate the core muscles, improve your flexibility, and improve communication between you and your horse.

The harness has an adjustable velcro fastening that makes it easy to put on, take off and adjust. Wear the harness loosely adjusted so that it only tightens when you "lose posture", you will then be encouraged to stretch. Wear Posture Reminder 1-3 hours at a time; during training, in the stable or at home.
